人才驱动科技型中小企业创新能力提升路径研究

摘要:科技型中小企业是我国经济转型阶段培育发展新动能的重要载体,创新能力提升是关键,科技人才是核心驱动力。考虑现有研究对人才驱动要素的组合效应及系统性讨论尚存在不足,基于对相关理论的归纳和梳理,从科技人才内部创业和科技人才集聚两大维度构建了人才驱动科技型中小企业创新能力提升影响因素组态分析模型,通过调查问卷收集数据,使用清晰集定性比较分析法进行实证研究,分析提出了人才驱动科技型中小企业创新能力提升的组态路径。结果显示:共有6条路径引致科技人才内部创业,具体包括了"知识产权拉动+性别驱动"、"知识产权拉动+转化能力驱动"和"知识产权拉动+团队拉动+性别与学历驱动"三种模式;共有8条路径引致科技人才集聚,具体包括了"政策与经验驱动"、"人文产业与任务驱动"、"政策与任务驱动"与"任务与经验驱动"四种模式。

Research on the improvement path of innovation capacity of Scientific and Technological SMEs driven by talents
Abstract:Scientific and Technological SMEs are an important carrier to cultivate new growth drivers in China\'s economic transformation stage. The improvement of innovation ability is the key, and scientific and technological talents are the core driving force.Considering the combined effect of existing research on talent driving factors and systematic discussion are still insufficient, based on the induction and combing of related theories, this paper constructs a configuration analysis model of influencing factors for innovation capacity improvement of sci-tech smes driven by talents from two dimensions of internal entrepreneurship and aggregation of sci-tech talents, through the questionnaire data collection, using csQCA for empirical research, analyzes and puts forward the configuration path of innovation capability improvement of sci-tech smes driven by talents.The results show that there are 6 paths to attract internal entrepreneurship, it includes three modes: "intellectual property + gender driven", "intellectual property + transformation ability driven" and "intellectual property + team driven + gender and education driven". There are eight paths leading to the agglomeration of scientific and technological talents, including four modes:"policy and experience driven", "humanistic industry and task driven", "policy and task driven" and "task and experience driven".
