摘要:本文建立了氢火焰检测器气相色谱法(GC-FID)的方法对主成分为C15~C26烷烃和环烷烃的矿物油含量进行定性定量。该方法得到的矿物油含量标准曲线线性好(R=0.999)、加标回收率为95.7%~103%、精密度(RSD)为0.79%。此外,该方法可适用于碳链数在C10~C40碳氢化合物含量测试,以及用于保健品胶囊壳中矿物油残留测试。。

Determination method of mineral oil content and residual mineral oil in capsule shell of health products
Abstract:A method of gas chromatography with hydrogen flame detector (GC-FID) was established to qualitatively and quantitatively determine the content of mineral oil with main components of C15 ~ C26 alkanes and cycloalkanes. The standard curve of mineral oil content obtained by this method has good linearity (R=0.999), the recovery of standard addition is 95.7% ~ 103%, and the precision (RSD) is 0.79%. In addition, the method can be applied to the determination of hydrocarbon content with carbon chain number in C10 ~ C40 and the residue of mineral oil in the capsule shell of health products.
