氮,硒掺杂二硫化钼/二硫化钴电催化剂的制备及其电催化析氢性能研究

摘要:采用合适的钼源、钴源和硫源,通过简单的"一锅法"和气相沉积热硒化法成功制备了多孔泡沫状氮,硒共掺杂二硫化钼/二硫化钴电催化剂(N,Se-MoS2/CoS2),探究了水热反应时间的改变对复合材料形貌的影响。制备的复合材料采用场发射扫描电子显微镜(field emission scanning electron microscope,FE-SEM)、X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)以及拉曼光谱(Raman spectra)等手段进行表征。运用三电极体系在碱性条件下研究了其电催化析氢反应(hydrogen evolution reaction,HER)性能。结果表明,N,Se-MoS2/CoS2-24表现出良好的电催化析氢性能,在1.0M KOH溶液中,10 mA cm-2时的过电位为70 mV,Tafel斜率为82.4 mV?dec-1,电化学活性面积为2120.0 cm-2。

Preparation and electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution performance of nitrogen, selenium-doped molybdenum disulfide/cobalt disulfide
Abstract:Using suitable molybdenum, cobalt, and sulfur sources, the porous foam-like nitrogen, selenium co-doped molybdenum disulfide/cobalt disulfide electrocatalysts (N, Se-MoS2/CoS2) were successfully synthesized by a simple "one-pot" and vapor deposition thermal selenization method. The effect of changing the hydrothermal reaction time on the morphology of the composites was explored. The as-prepared composites were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman spectra.The typical three-electrode system was adopted to investigate the electrocatalytic performance for hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) of the composites under alkaline media. The results indicated that N, Se-MoS2/CoS2-24 exhibit a good electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution performance, with an overpotential of 70 mV at 10 mA cm-2 and Tafel slope of 82.4 mV dec-1 in 1.0 M KOH solution. The electrochemically active surface area was 2120.0 cm-2.
