带有多个缓冲停车位的自动化立体车库优化研究

摘要:自动化立体车库是一种缓解停车问题的大容量停车设备。为了降低建设成本,减少顾客等待时间,提出一种带有多个缓冲停车位的巷道堆垛式立体车库。将车库形状简化为一台堆垛机和多个存储单元,车库底层设置存车缓冲区和取车缓冲区,配备多个缓冲停车位。在传统立体车库的系统结构和存取车流程基础上,建立立体车库的简化模型,提出一种基于就近原则的堆垛机调度策略,并给出计算堆垛机运行时间的数学模型;建立相应的仿真模型,评估立体车库在不同条件下的服务性能,如顾客平均等待时间、堆垛机平均运行时间、顾客平均消耗时间等;将带有多个缓冲停车位的立体车库与同类型的传统立体车库进行对比分析,结果表明,所提出的立体车库能有效缩短顾客等待时间和堆垛机运行时间,具有显著优势。

Optimization Study of Automated Stereo Garages with Multiple Buffered Parking Spaces
Abstract:Automated three-dimensional garage is a kind of high-capacity parking equipment to alleviate parking problems. In order to reduce construction costs, reduce customer waiting times, improve the design of a lane stacking three-dimensional garage with multiple buffer parking spaces, the garage shape is simplified to a stacker and multiple storage units, the bottom of the garage set up a storage buffer and pick-up buffer, equipped with multiple buffer parking spaces. This paper introduces the system structure and access vehicle flow of the three-dimensional garage, establishes the simplified model of the three-dimensional garage, puts forward a stacker scheduling strategy based on the principle of proximity, and gives a mathematical model for calculating the running time of the stacker. The results show that the three-dimensional garage proposed in this paper can effectively shorten the waiting time of customers and reduce the running time of the palletizer, which has significant advantages.
