人-机对话认知行为治疗对抑郁群体抑郁症状的改善作用

摘要:目的:本实验旨在探究人-机对话认知行为治疗(数疗组)与等待干预组(等待组)对抑郁症状缓解作用的差异。 方法:将PHQ-9得分在6~20分的被试随机分配到数疗组和等待组组。数疗组需要小信心理APP完成7周的数字化干预,包括每周一次的人机对话智能咨询和每日练习。等待组需要在同样的平台上完成7周的心情打卡,7周后进入数疗组。分别在第1天、第21天、第35天和第49天使用PHQ-9对两组被试的抑郁程度进行评估。 结果:(1)第1天,数疗组和等待组的PHQ-9得分无显著差异,经过49天干预后,数疗组的抑郁得分显著低于等待组(p < 0.05)。(2)数疗组中,中度和中重度抑郁倾向的被试在第21天时表现出显著的缓解(p < 0.001),并且第21到第35天仍然出现显著的缓解(p < 0.05),其缓解效果一直维持到第49天。(3)等待组进行7周的数字化干预后,被试第49天的PHQ-9得分显著小于第1天(p < 0.05)。 结论:人-机对话认知行为治疗可有有效缓解抑郁群体的抑郁症状。

A Chatbot-delivered Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Depression
Abstract:Objective: To examine the effectiveness of chatbot-delivered cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) in improving depressive symptoms among people with depression. Methods: Participants who scored between 6 and 20 in Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) were randomly assigned to an intervention group or a waitlist control group. The intervention group completed a 7-week chatbot-delivered cognitive behavioural therapy including a weekly session with different themes and daily exercises through The Effectiveness of a Chatbot-delivered Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for depressionthe "Psybot" Application. All outcomes were measured through the PHQ-9 at baseline, and at the end of the third, fifth and seventh week of the intervention. Results: At baseline, there were no significant differences in terms of the scores of the PHQ-9 between the intervention group and the waitlist control group. Participants in the intervention group showed significant improvements in depressive symptoms compared with the waitlist control group after the 7-week intervention, as indicated by decreased scores in the PHQ-9. At the end of the third week of the chatbot-delivered CBT intervention, significant effects were found among participants with moderate or moderate-to-high levels of depression. The effects remained constant in the fifth and the seventh week of the intervention. People in the waitlist control group also showed significant improvements in depressive symptoms after having rated their mood daily for 7 weeks compared to the baseline condition, as indicated by the PHQ-9.
