摘要：随着互联网时代和5G时代的相继到来，移动应用的开发有着更高效的开发要求，双端跨平台开发出现在人们的视野中国，此时Flutter是 Google 开发了一套全新的跨平台、开源 UI 框架，支持 iOS、Android 系统开发，并且是未来新操作系统 Fuchsia 的默认开发套件。经过对Flutter的调研学习后，决定用Flutter双端开发一款健康类移动应用进行实践。本文首先介绍了Flutter的优势特点，以及它使用的dart语言的优势特点，然后列出常用的技术开发方案，最后制出移动应用使用流程图，以及相关功能介绍，用以深入了解Flutter。

Abstract：With the advent of the Internet era and 5g era, the development of mobile applications has more efficient development requirements. Dual end cross platform development appears in people\'s vision in China. At this time, Flutter is a new cross platform and open source UI framework developed by Google, which supports the development of IOS and Android systems, and is the default development suite of Fuchsia, a new operating system in the future. After the investigation and study of flutter, we decided to develop a health mobile application with flutter for practice. This paper first introduces the advantages and characteristics of flutter and the advantages and characteristics of dart language it uses, then lists the common technical development schemes, and finally makes the flow chart of mobile application use and the introduction of relevant functions, so as to have an in-depth understanding of flutter.
