环介导等温扩增技术结合电化学检测在食源性致病菌检测的应用

摘要:食源性致病菌存在于生活的环境中,对食品的安全性存在很大的隐患,常见的食源性致病菌为大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌等,免疫力较低的幼儿老人若是感染会引起相关的严重症状。故食源性致病菌的及时检测对于把控食品安全,严防病从口入起到至关重要的作用。相比较聚合酶链式反应,环介导等温扩增技术不依赖精密的仪器支撑,在保证高灵敏度、快速、特异性的同时,可达到可视化与多重检测的目的,便于在贫困地区开展检测工作。本文主要介绍环介导等温扩增技术的扩增原理及其在五种常见食源性病原菌上电化学检测上的应用。

Application of loop-mediated isothermal amplification technology combined with electrochemical detection in the detection of food-borne pathogens
Abstract:Food-borne pathogens exist in the living environment, and there are great hidden dangers to the safety of food. Common food-borne pathogens The pathogenic bacteria are Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, etc. If young children and elderly people with low immunity are infected, it will cause related serious symptoms. Therefore, the timely detection of food-borne pathogens plays a vital role in controlling food safety and preventing diseases from entering the mouth. Compared with polymerase chain reaction , loop-mediated isothermal amplification technology does not rely on sophisticated instrument support. While ensuring high sensitivity, rapidity and specificity, it can achieve the purpose of visualization and multiple detection, which is convenien to the testing work in poverty-stricken areas. This paper mainly introduces the amplification principle of loop-mediated isothermal amplification technology and its application in electrochemical detection of five common food-borne pathogens.
