我国东北地区通用航空专业人才需求预测

摘要:针对目前我国东北地区通用航空发展迅速,需要对我国东北地区通用航空专业人才预测中在精度方面的不足,提出灰色马尔科夫波动性通用航空专业人才预测模型,用于对东北地区通用航空飞行人员、机务人员、航务人员进行预测和检验,并对其进行详细说明。为进一步提高预测精度和模型收敛速度,对传统的灰色马尔科夫模型进行相应改进:对波动性通用航空专业人才数据进行预处理,对预测值使用马尔科夫转移概率进行计算,对数据预测进行等维递推。通过改进,将灰色马尔科夫预测模型变为一种能预测波动性数据,能有效的运用到通航专业人才数据的预测中。结果表明,改进的灰色马尔科夫预测模型具有较好的预测精度,结果更为准确。预测结果说明我国东北地区通用航空发展迅速,具有很大的增长潜力。

The demand forecast of General Aviation Professionals in the Northeast of China
Abstract:In view of the current rapid development of general aviation in the Northeast of China and the lack of accuracy in the prediction of general aviation professionals in the Northeast of China, a forecasting model of Gray-Markov volatile general aviation professionals is put forward, which is used to forecast the general aviation professionals in the Northeast of China. It used to forecast and inspect the quantity of general aviation pilots, maintenances and dispatches, and which also explain the process in detail. In order to further improve the prediction accuracy and the convergence speed of the model, the traditional Gray-Markov model is improved correspondingly: the data of the volatile general aviation professionals are pre-processed, the predicted value is calculated using the Markov transition probability, and the data prediction is performed dimension recursion. Through the improvement, the Gray-Markov forecasting model can be transformed into a predictor of volatility data, which can be effectively applied to the prediction of the quantity of general aviation professionals. The results show that the improved Gray-Markov forecasting model has better prediction accuracy and the result is more accurate. The forecast results show that general aviation in the Northeast of China has developed rapidly and has great potential for growth.
