摘要：中医"治未病"观念体现了中医的防治思维，并贯穿整个中医发展的过程。本文从《黄帝内经》、《金匮要略》、《备急千金要方》等中医古籍中探寻健康管理的理论基础和健康干预方式，为建立一个具有中国特色、适应中国发展的健康管理之路提供更广阔的思路。

Abstract：The concept of "preventive treatment of disease" in Chinese medicine embodies the prevention and cure thinking in Chinese medicine and runs through the whole development process of Chinese medicine. This paper explores the theoretical basis of health management and the way of health intervention from the ancient literatures of Traditional Chinese medicine, such as The Huangdi\'s Classic on Medicine, Treatise on Cold-Induced and Miscellaneous Diseases and Invaluable Prescriptions, which provides a broader idea for establishing a health management road with Chinese characteristics and adapting to the development of China.
