遥控操作机器人尾线收放装置

摘要:在工程实践中,经常会遇到需要机器人操作的场合,为保证机器人在各种复杂环境中与操作人员之间的通信质量,设计一款使用方便且操作简单的遥控操作机器人尾线收放装置。该装置主要包括STC89C52CMOS控制芯片模块、直流电机驱动模块、红外遥控模块和数码管显示模块,可对机器人进行红外遥控操作,实现小车前进放线、后退收线及自动排线。测试表明,该装置不仅操作简单,而且安全可靠,成本低廉,应用前景广大。

Remotely operated retraction device of robot tail line
Abstract:In engineering practice, robot operation is often needed. In order to ensure the communication quality between robot and operator in a variety of complex environments, a remote control robot tail wire retracting device is designed to be easy to use and simple to operate. The device mainly consists of STC89C52CMOS control chip module, DC motor drive module, infrared remote control module and digital tube display module, which can carry out infrared remote control operation on the robot, and realize the car forward, backward and automatic line arrangement. The test shows that the device is not only simple to operate, but also safe and reliable, low cost and broad application prospect.
