校园网球发展的顶层设计和基层探索

摘要：通过对开展13年的成都市中小学校园网球运动进行研究表明，我国校园网球运动的科学发展的核心是做好顶层设计，根基是做好基层探索。只有通过体制改革和机制创新，让体育真正回归教育，解决网球运动进课堂、学训矛盾、考核和激励机制、学校和家长以及社会的积极性等诸多的矛盾和问题，我国的校园网球运动才能够科学健康可持续地发展。

Abstract：After thirteen years\' survey on the tennis sports in the middle and elementary schools of Chengdu, it indicates that the core in the development of campus tennis sport in our country is top-design and its base is doing basic exploration. The healthy, scientific and sustainable development of campus tennis sports is warranted only if, through regime reform and innovation, the conflicts between education and training, appraisal and motivation, school and parents and community are solved.
