曲轴感应淬火油孔裂纹原因分析

摘要:本文研究了加工过程中出现油孔裂纹的工件,通过对比工件结构和加工工艺参数,对油孔裂纹的产生原因进行分析,并提出解决方案。通过研究发现,工件油孔的设计角度过大,容易在油孔薄弱处产生应力集中,出现油孔裂纹。同时,在不改变油孔设计结构的基础下,优化回火工艺,利用工件余温进行回火,同时延长回火时间,采用长时间低电压的方式进行回火处理,也有利于应力的释放,防止裂纹的产生

Cause analysis of oil hole crack in induction hardening of crankshaft
Abstract:This paper studies the workpiece with oil hole cracks in the processing, analyzes the causes of oil hole cracks by comparing the workpiece structure and processing parameters, and puts forward solutions. It is found that if the design angle of the oil hole is too large, it is easy to produce stress concentration at the weak part of the oil hole, resulting in oil hole cracks. At the same time, on the basis of not changing the oil hole design structure, optimizing the tempering process, using the residual temperature of the workpiece for tempering, prolonging the tempering time, and adopting the way of long time and low voltage for tempering are also conducive to the release of stress and the prevention of cracks
