银催化的未活化烯烃自由基烷基炔基化

摘要:本文发展了一种Ag2O催化的1,4-烯炔双官能团化合成α-炔基酮化合物的方法。通过对反应所涉及到的因素进行筛选,如催化剂、氧化剂、溶剂和碱,作者筛选出了合成α-炔基酮化合物反应的最优反应条件。该反应以1,4-炔烯-3-醇为底物,以a-溴代烷基羰基化合物为自由基源,TBHP为氧化剂,DMA为溶剂,在三乙胺存在的条件下,以较高的收率获得系列α-炔基酮化合物。该合成方法具有反应条件温和,产物选择性高,底物适应范围较广等特点。

Radical alkylalkynylation of unactivated alkenes by silver
Abstract:In this paper,developed an Ag2O-catalyzed 1,4-enyne difunctionalization method to synthesize α-alkynyl ketones. By screening the factors involved in the reaction, such as catalysts, oxidants, solvents, and bases, the author screened out the optimal reaction conditions for the synthesis of α-alkynyl ketone compounds. This reaction uses 2-methyl-3,5-diphenyl-1-pentene-4-yn-3-ol as a substrate, a-bromoalkylcarbonyl compound as a free radical source, TBHP as an oxidant, DMA as a solvent, and in the presence of triethylamine, a series of α-alkynyl ketone compounds can be obtained with a higher yield.The synthesis method has the characteristics of mild reaction conditions, high product selectivity, and a wide range of substrate adaptation.
