豆科植物-根瘤菌固氮共生的突变体资源介绍

摘要:豆科植物与土壤中的根瘤菌互作形成的共生固氮系统是未来绿色农业发展的主要氮源。人们为了解析共生固氮系统,不断挖掘参与其中的基因,并探究其功能。在基因的挖掘和功能研究中,突变体材料发挥着至关重要的作用。人们为了解决自然突变缓慢的问题,利用各种方法对豆科模式植物进行诱变,构建了丰富的突变体库资源。本文介绍了几种突变体库及利用它们发现的共生固氮相关基因,并展望了利用新的技术方法构建新的突变体库。

A brief introduction to mutant resources of legume-rhizobium nitrogen fixation symbiosis
Abstract:The symbiotic nitrogen fixation system formed by the interaction between legumes and rhizobia in soil is the main nitrogen source for the future development of green agriculture. In order to understand the symbiotic nitrogen fixation system, people continue to dig the genes involved and explore their functions. Mutant materials play an important role in gene finding and functional research. In order to solve the problem of slow natural mutation, various methods have been used to mutagenesis in legume model plants, and abundant mutant library resources have been constructed. In this paper, we introduce several mutant libraries and the genes related to symbiotic nitrogen fixation discovered by them, and prospect the construction of new mutant libraries using new techniques and methods.
