基于在线服务和物流服务的电商平台经营研究

摘要:针对由一个制造商、一个电商平台和一个物流企业组成的电商供应链,构建了电商平台无整合、前向整合和后向整合三种经营策略模型,运用博弈论方法,研究了在线服务成本系数和佣金费率对电商平台经营策略选择的影响。研究发现:无整合策略始终不是电商平台的最优选择;当佣金费率较小时,若在线服务成本系数适中,电商平台采用后向整合策略获得的收益较高,若在线服务成本系数较小或较大时,平台则采用前向整合策略获得的收益较高;当佣金费率较大时,电商平台总优先选择前向整合策略。

Abstract:In this paper, we consider a supply chains, consisting of a manufacturer, a e-commerce platform.The E-commerce platform have three business models:no vertical integration, forward integration, and backward integration,using the game theory method,consider the influence of online service cost coefficient and commission rate on the choice of business strategy of e-commerce platform. The results show that:1) at any time no vertical integration is not the optimal choice of e-commerce platform;2) when the commission rate is small, if the cost coefficient of online service is moderate, the revenue obtained by adopting backward integration strategy is higher, if the cost coefficient of online service is small or large, The platform uses forward integration strategy to obtain higher income; 3)when the commission rate is large, the total priority of e-commerce platform is forward integration strategy.
