短期食用猴头菌粉对人体血清生化指标和肠道微生物影响的探索性研究

摘要:初步探索短期食用猴头发酵菌粉(HE)对人体血液生化指标和肠道微生物的影响。方法 13名健康志愿者连续七天随餐服用HE(2粒每次,一日三次,每粒含HE 0.3g),采集志愿者服用前后的血液进行生化检测;采集志愿者服用HE前后的粪便样品提取DNA,进行16S rRNA基因高通量测序工作,进而利用生物信息学进行肠道微生物组成与结构的分析。结果 服用HE可降低血液中碱性磷酸酶(ALP,P<0.05),肌酐(CREA ,P<0.05),尿酸(UA,P<0.05)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL,P<0.05)水平;且可在一定程度上增加肠道微生物的Alpha多样性。肠道细菌Coprococcus,Roseburia, Blautia的丰度有所增加,停服后又逐渐恢复至服用前水平。结论 HE对人体血液生化指标及肠道微生物均有一定调节作用。

Exploratory study on the effect of short-term consumption of Hericium erinaceus on human serum biochemical indexes and gut microbiota
Abstract:To preliminarily explore the effects of dry matter of culture broth from Hericium erinaceus (HE) on human serum biochemical indexes and gut microbiota. Methods We recruited thirteen healthy volunteers to consume HE as a diet supplement for seven consecutive days (2 capsules each time, three times a day, each capsule containing 0.3g HE). The blood samples of the volunteers before and after consuming HE were collected for serum biochemical testing; the stool samples before and after consuming HE were collected to extract DNA, perform high-throughput sequencing of the 16S rRNA gene, and then use bioinformatics to analyze the composition and structure of gut microbiota. Results HE supplementation for daily diet can reduce the serum levels of alkaline phosphatase (P<0.05), creatinine (P<0.05), uric acid (P<0.05) and low-density lipoprotein (P<0.05), while increase the Alpha-diversity of gut microbiota. The abundance of gut microbiota Coprococcus, Roseburia, and Blautia all increased after HE intervention, and gradually returned to the baseline level. Conclusion HE has a certain regulatory effect on human serum biochemical indicators and gut microbiota.
