责任型领导对员工反生产行为影响的元分析研究

摘要:运用元分析技术,探讨了责任型领导与反生产行为之间的关系及可能存在的调节变量。55项研究的59个独立样本满足了元分析研究标准,被试总人数为19779名。元分析结果显示,责任型领导与反生产行为之间存在着较小程度的负相关,性别和责任型领导的测量工具对责任型领导与反生产行为之间的关系产生显著的调节效应。但评价方式、评价时间和样本国家不会对责任型领导与反生产行为之间的关系产生显著的调节效应。结果表明,责任型领导能减少员工的反生产行为。

Meta-analysis of Exploring the Relationship between Responsible Leadership and Employee Counterproductive Work Behavior
Abstract:Meta-analytic procedures were used to test the effects of responsible leadership on employee counterproductive work behavior. A total of 55 relevant studies met the criteria for inclusion in the meta-analysis. All studies included 59 independent samples and 19779 participants. The meta-analytic findings indicated a negative overall effect of responsible leadership on employee counterproductive behavior. Furthermore, the results of the moderator analyses indicated that sex and the measurement of responsible leadership moderated the relationship between responsible leadership and employee counterproductive work behavior, while evaluation method , evaluation time and sample countries not. Finally, the results show that responsible leadership can reduce employees\' counterproductive work behavior.
