基于CLO3D的直筒连衣裙虚拟缝制流程优化试验研究

摘要:本论文基于CLO3D系统的支持,对直筒连衣裙虚拟缝制原理分析探讨,通过分析碰撞检测,基于典型的物理造型方法--质点-弹簧(Mass-Spring)模型,以及用压力值的正负数表示压力的方向,通过衣裙向外向内的压力值测试等原理分析,经过反复试验提出了几种优化虚拟缝制流程的方法,达到节省缝合时间,提高缝制效率的目的。

An Experimental Study on the Optimization of Virtual Sewing
Abstract:Based on the support of CLO3D system, this paper did the principle analysis to the straight dress’ virtual sewing. Also, through the analysis of collision detection and physical modelling method based on the typical mass-spring (Mass - Spring) - model, and by showing the direction of the pressure in terms of positive or negative pressure values. Through the principle analysis such as the pressure value test of the dress outward and inward, this paper put forward some of the ways to optimize virtual sewing process after repeated experiments in order to save sewing time and to enhance the efficiency of the sewing.
