Evaluation decision research of clothing reverse logistics supplier based on two-dimension linguistic variables(2DLVs) and AHP-TODIM

Abstract:Aiming at the issue that of high overstock and return rate in clothing industry is becoming more serious, this paper adopts a TODIM (theory of decision by multi-attribute) method based on 2DLVs for enterprises to select the best reverse logistics supplier to revitalize inventory and accelerate capital flow. The trapezoidal fuzzy number and confidence level interval corresponding to the second-dimension linguistic variable are given initially, which describes subjective risk appetite of the decision maker. Then build a language reliability construct model through Probabilistic Collocation Method to calculate the distance between fuzzy number expectations. Meanwhile, build a comprehensive type of supplier evaluation standard system based on the current characteristics of clothing reverse logistics, calculate the weights of all levels of indicators by trapezoidal fuzzy AHP, and apply TODIM method to 2DLVs to select the best supplier. Finally, the reasons for the difference of decision results between 2DLVs and traditional two-dimension semantic environment and the application scope of the two linguistic environments are analyzed through the example,which is helpful to provide flexible decision-making scheme for enterprises.

基于二维语言变量和AHP-TODIM的服装逆向物流供应商评价决策研究
摘要:服装行业高库存积压率与退货率问题日益严重,本文采用一种基于二维语言变量的AHP-TODIM(theory of decision by interacting Multi - attribute )方法为企业选择最佳逆向物流供应商盘活库存,加快资金流动。首先给出第Ⅱ维语言变量对应的梯形模糊数和置信水平区间,描述决策者的主观风险偏好。通过概率分配建立语言信度结构模型,计算出模糊数期望之间的距离。同时针对服装行业逆向物流现状构建全面的供应商评价标准体系,通过梯形模糊层次分析法得出各级指标的权重,并将TODIM决策方法拓展到二维语言环境中进行最佳供应商的选择。最后通过实例对比分析二维语言与传统二元语义环境下决策结果不同的原因以及两种语言环境各自的适用范围,有助于为企业提供灵活的决策方案。
