石墨烯制备方法研究进展

摘要:背景:石墨烯是最近开展起来的一种十分有前景的新型碳材料。它具有优异的化学和物理性能,在化学、物理、电子器件、电力和材料等领域发挥着广泛的作用。研究现状:石墨烯的制备方法分为三类:一是自上向下的合成方法;二是自下而上的合成方法;三是其他合成方法。自上向下的合成方法包括:机械剥离法、氧化还原法、液相或气相直接剥离法、切割碳管法等;自下而上的合成方法包括化学气相沉积法、有机合成法,以及利用小碳化合物制备单层或多层石墨烯。其它合成方法如SiC外延生长、掺杂法等。研究目的:通过比较不同研究方法与石墨烯产品质量的差异,得出各种方法的优缺点以及应用前景。

Research progress of graphene preparation methods
Abstract:Background: Graphene is a very promising new carbon material developed recently. It has excellent chemical and physical properties, and plays a broad role in the fields of chemistry, physics, electronic devices, power and materials.Research status: The preparation methods of graphene are divided into three categories: one is the top-down synthesis method; the second is the bottom-up synthesis method; the third is other synthesis methods . Top-down synthesis methods include: mechanical stripping method, redox method, liquid or gas phase direct stripping method, cutting carbon tube method, etc.; bottom-up synthesis methods include chemical vapor deposition method, organic synthesis method, and utilization Small carbon compounds produce single-layer or multi-layer graphene. Other synthesis methods such as SiC epitaxial growth, doping method, etc.Research purposes: By comparing the differences between different research methods and the quality of graphene products, the advantages and disadvantages of various methods and their application prospects are obtained.
