不同耐盐高粱品种全生育期对盐胁迫的响应

摘要:为了明确全生育期内(拔节期、开花期、成熟期)不同耐盐性高粱对盐胁迫的响应,本研究在4个盐处理水平(0%、0.3%、0.5%、0.7%)种植2个耐盐性不同的高粱品种高粱蔗(耐盐)和河农16(盐敏感)。研究结果表明:随盐处理浓度增加,2个品种的抗氧化酶活性先升高后降低,在S3处理下达到最大值,不同盐胁迫间差异显著。同一处理下耐盐品种的抗氧化酶活性高于盐敏感品种。2个品种的光合能力受到盐胁迫的显著影响,S3处理下高粱净光合速率(Pn)较高,而S7处理下显著降低,而胞间CO2浓度(Ci)在S7处理下均高于S0和S3处理。盐胁迫下高粱的地上和地下部分的生长都受到影响,株高、基部节长、基部茎粗及根长、根面积、根尖数、分支数在S3处理下达到最大值,在S7处理下显著降低。2个高粱品种在盐胁迫下籽粒脂肪、蛋白质、淀粉含量都不断下降,单宁含量在盐处理下显著高于对照,盐胁迫使籽粒品质下降。低盐(0.3%)能促进高粱生长,而中盐(0.5%)和高盐(0.7%)条件对高粱生长有明显的抑制作用,高粱蔗比河农16的耐盐性更强。本研究将为高粱耐盐资源的筛选和种质资源的利用提供理论依据。

Response of different salt tolerant sorghum varieties to salt stress in the whole growth period
Abstract:To study the response of different salt-tolerant sorghum to salt stress during the whole growth period (Elongation stage, Flowering stage, Maturity stage). In this study, two sorghum varieties with different salt tolerances, GLZ (salt tolerance) and HN16 (salt sensitive) were planted at four salt treatment levels (0%, 0.3%, 0.5%, 0.7%). This study will provide a theoretical basis for the selection of sorghum salt-tolerant resources and the utilization of germplasm resources. The results showed that with increasing salt treatment concentration, the antioxidant enzyme activity of the two varieties increased first and then decreased. These traits reached the maximum value under S3 treatment, and there were significant differences among different salt stresses. Under the same treatment, the antioxidant enzyme activity of salt-tolerant varieties was higher than that of salt-sensitive varieties. The photosynthetic capacity of the two varieties was significantly affected by salt stress. The Pn of sorghum under S3 treatment was higher, and then significantly decreased under S7 treatment. The Ci was higher in S7 treatment than in S0 and S3 treatment. Under salt stress, the growth of the aboveground and underground parts of sorghum is affected. The aboveground (Plant height, Basal internode length and Basal stem diameter) and underground (Total length of root, Root surface area, Number of root tips and Number of root branches) reach the maximum under S3 treatment, and then under S7 treatment lower. Salt stress reduced the quality of the grain. Contents of grain fat, protein and starch in two sorghum varieties decreased under salt stress. However, the tannin content was significantly higher than CK in salt treatment. Low-salt (0.3%) can promote the growth of sorghum, while medium-salt (0.5%) and high-salt (0.7%) conditions have a significant inhibitory effect on sorghum growth. And GLZ is more salt-tolerant than HN16.
