白刺花的化学成分研究

摘要:目的:研究豆科槐属植物白刺花干燥枝叶的化学成分。方法:利用色谱方法(MCI 柱色谱、硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、半制备高效液相色谱、C-18反相柱色谱)对其进行分离纯化,根据NMR光谱数据对化合物进行了结构解析和鉴定。结果:最后从白刺花中分离鉴了10个黄酮物。结论:别鉴定为5,7,4\'-trihydroxy-8-lavandu-lyflavanone (1)、5,7,4\'-trihydroxy- 8-lavanduly-2\'-methoxyflavanone (2)、5,7,2\',4\'- tetrahydroxy-8-lavanduly-2\'-methoxy flavanone (3)、(2S)-8-[2-(3-hydroxyisopropyl)- 5-methyl-4-hexenyl]-2\'-methoxy-5,7,4\'-trihydroxyflavanone (4)、cudraflavanone D (5)、isoliquiritigenin (6)、(-)-maackiain (7)、sophoracarpan B (8)、5,7,4\'-trihydroxy-6-methoxyisoflavanone (9)、lupinalbin A (10)。

Chemical constituents from Sophora davidii var.davidii
Abstract:Purpose:To study the chemical components from the dried leaves and branches of the Sophora davidii. Methods:Using the chromatography (MCI;Silica gel column chromatography; Gel column chromatography; semi-preparative HPLC, C-18 reverse phase column chromatography) and other means for separation and purification. Results:Four compounds were isolated from the Sophora davidii. Conclusion:They are identified as 5,7,4\'-trihydroxy-8-lavandulyflavanone (1), 5,7,4\'-trihydrox- y-8-lavanduly-2\'-methoxyflavanone (2), 5,7,2\',4\'-tetrahydroxy-8-lavanduly-2\'-methoxyflavanone (3), (2S)-8-[2-(3-hydroxyisopropyl)-5-methyl-4-hexenyl]-2\'-methoxy-5,7,4\'-trihydroxyflavanone (4), cudr- aflavanone D (5), isoliquiritigenin (6), (-)-maackiain (7), sophoracarpan B (8), 5,7,4\'-trihydroxy-6- methoxyisoflavanone (9), lupinalbin A (10).
