砂土液化与CFG桩施工参数关系的试验研究

摘要:近年来,饱和细砂液化一直阻碍长螺旋钻孔CFG桩施工技术的发展。为探明长螺旋钻孔CFG桩施工中饱和细砂液化的原因和影响因素,本文通过模型试验模拟长螺旋钻孔CFG桩在饱和细砂中的多种施工工况,研究不同桩间距、不同钻杆转速等施工工艺参数下出现的砂土液化、超孔隙水压力的变化、桩径和桩长变化等现象,得到了桩间距、钻杆转速、饱和细砂液化的关系,建立了桩间距、钻杆转速、饱和细砂液化程度的关系模型。研究结果可为今后CFG的设计、施工提供参考。?????

Experimental study on the relationship between sand liquefaction and construction parameters of CFG pile
Abstract:In recent years, saturated fine sand liquefaction has been hindering the development of long auger CFG pile construction technology. To find out the causes and influencing factors of saturated fine sand liquefaction in the construction of long auger CFG pile, in this paper, various construction conditions of long auger CFG pile in saturated fine sand are simulated through model tests, and the phenomena such as liquefaction of sand, change of excess pore water pressure, change of pile diameter and pile length are studied under different construction technological parameters such as pile spacing and pipe rotation speed, thus, the relationship among pile spacing, pipe rotation speed and liquefaction degree of saturated fine sand is obtained, and the relationship model among pile spacing, pipe rotation speed and liquefaction degree of saturated fine sand is obtained. Experimental study on the relationship between sand liquefaction and construction parameters of CFG pileated fine sand is established. The research results can provide reference for the design and construction of CFG in the future. ?????
