机场除冰机位与除冰车协同调度问题研究

摘要:飞机除冰是影响冬季航班运行安全和效率的关键因素,而除冰资源的合理调度是提高飞机除冰质量和效率的主要途径。除冰资源包括除冰机位资源与除冰车资源,它们的调度分别由不同的参与者完成。本文综合考虑各相关参与者利益,研究建立了除冰机位与除冰车协同调度问题的数学模型。针对该问题具有极高复杂度的特点,提出了一个最优解性质,基于该最优解性质设计了一种贪婪算法对模型求解。以乌鲁木齐国际机场的实际除冰数据进行仿真实验,验证了该模型的有效性,同时证明了将除冰机位与除冰车进行协同调度能够大大提高除冰车资源的利用率、减少飞机除冰服务对除冰车资源的依赖。

Research on Cooperative Scheduling of Airport De-icing slots and De-icing Vehicles
Abstract:Aircraft de-icing is a key factor that affects the safety and efficiency of flight operations in winter, and the reasonable scheduling of de-icing resources is the main way to improve the quality and efficiency of aircraft de-icing. The de-icing resources include de-icing slots and de-icing vehicles, and their scheduling is completed by different participants. This thesis comprehensively considers the interests of all relevant participants, and establishes a mathematical model for the coordinated scheduling of de-icing slots and de-icing vehicles.In view of the extremely high complexity of the problem, an optimal solution property is proposed, and a greedy algorithm is designed to solve the model based on the optimal solution property. The actual de-icing data of Urumqi International Airport was used to simulate the experiment to verify the effectiveness of the model, and proved that the coordinated scheduling of de-icing slots and de-icing vehicles can improve the utilization of deicing vehicle resources and reduce the dependence of aircraft de-icing services on deicing vehicle resources.
