摘要：服务水平与医基于DRGs的医疗服务质量评价体系改进研究基于DRGs的医疗服务质量评价体系改进研究基于DRGs的医疗服务质量评价体系改进研究疗质量是现代医院竞争的核心，有效的医疗服务评价体系能够帮助医院准确、快速地发现问题，改进医疗服务。本文以A医院为研究对象，采取专家咨询法，结合DRGs评价指标，改进了适合A医院特点的医疗服务质量评价指标，并对改进后的评价体系进行了实践验证。本研究将DRGs指标体系与医院实际情况相结合进行医疗服务质量评价体系的改进，改进后的指标体系能够促进医院和临床科室精细化管理，同时也为政府部门、其他医院探索医疗服务质量持续改进提供了借鉴。

Abstract：The level and the quality of healthcare service have become the core of competition among modern hospitals. An effective healthcare service evaluation system can help hospitals find problems accurately and quickly and then improve services quality. Taking hospital A as the research object, this paper adopted the expert consultation method, combined with the DRGs evaluation index to improve the evaluation index of healthcare service quality so as to be suitable for the characteristics of hospital A. Then the improved evaluation system is verified in practice. In this study, the DRGs index system was combined with the actual situation of the hospital to improve the healthcare service quality evaluation system. This research improve the healthcare service quality evaluation system through combining the DRGs index system with the actual situation of hospital, the improved index system can promote the fine management of hospitals and clinical departments, and also provide suggestions for the government.
