摘要：工业园区中越来越多的大型设备、大型车辆等高风险区域给园区中的工作人员带来了更多的风险。现有的位置安全预警系统的缺点是设备部署不灵活、成本高，只能针对固定区域进行预警，且难以统一地管理。鉴于存在的问题，本文提出了一种基于NB-IoT技术的人员位置安全预警系统，系统以NB-IoT作为预警设备接入技术，后端服务器根据预警设备和危险区域的相对坐标关系判断出人员是否安全并对人员发出预警信号。该系统具有成本低，易部署，可动态增减危险区域，能够对接近车辆的人员进行预警的优点，对保障人员在工业园区的位置安全具有实际意义。

Abstract：More and more high-risk areas such as large equipment and large vehicles in the industrial area bring more risks to the staff in the area. The disadvantage of the existing location safety early warning system is that the equipment deployment is not flexible and the cost is high. It can only carry out early warning for a fixed area, and it is difficult to centralized manage it. In view of the existing problems, this article proposes a personnel location safety early warning system based on NB-IoT technology. The system uses NB-IoT as the early warning device access technology, and the back-end server judges the personnel based on the relative coordinate relationship between the early warning device and the dangerous area whether it is safe and give an early warning signal to personnel. The system has the advantages of low cost, easy deployment, dynamic increase and decrease of dangerousareas, and early warning of personnel near vehicles, which has practical significance for ensuring the safety of personnel in the industrial area.
