水热法制备纳米花状氧化锌及其抗菌性能的研究

摘要:本文采用简便的水热法制备出了三维纳米花状氧化锌纳米材料。用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线能谱仪、紫外课件分光光度计对制备的纳米氧化锌的成分、结构、微观形貌、抗菌性能进行了表征。研究表明所制备的纳米氧化锌材料纯度高无杂质,形貌分散均匀,花朵直径约2μm,并且制备的氧化锌材料具有氧空位型点缺陷。最后利用两种不同类型的细菌培育发现了氧化性抗菌性能的特异性,并对氧化锌抗菌的机理进行了分析。通过这种方法制备的氧化锌纳米材料对于将来用于制造特异性抗菌材料具有很好的指导作用和参考价值。

Hydrothermal Synthesis of Nanometer Flower-like Zinc Oxide and Its Antibacterial Properties
Abstract:In this paper, a simple hydrothermal method was used to prepare three-dimensional nano-flowered zinc oxide nanomaterials. The composition, structure, micro-morphology and antibacterial properties of the prepared nano-zinc oxide were characterized by X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray energy spectrometer and ultraviolet courseware spectrophotometer. Studies have shown that the prepared nano-zinc oxide material has high purity and no impurities, the morphology is uniformly dispersed, the flower diameter is about 2 μm, and the prepared zinc oxide material has oxygen vacancy type point defects. Finally, two different types of bacteria were used to discover the specificity of oxidative antibacterial properties, and the antibacterial mechanism of zinc oxide was analyzed. The zinc oxide nanomaterials prepared by this method have a good guiding role and reference value for the future manufacture of specific antibacterial materials.
