农村电子商务的农产品供应链发展模式探讨

摘要：随着电子商务以及政府"互联网+"概念的提出，电子商务不仅渗透到各行各业，也活跃于人们生活的方方面面。本文便是在此背景下，对农产品供应链的发展模式背景、相关概念进行探讨，进行了相关内容的研究综述。对于农产品供应链的模式分两个方面进行了介绍。并以基于第三方物流的农产品供应链模式为背景，使用主成分分析法建立农产品供应链发育程度的评估模型。首先设立基础水平指标、科技水平指标、经济水平指标三大指标。而后收集北京、上海、新疆、内蒙古等10大区域的农村相关数据，利用MATLAB软件和SPSS软件，使用其方差贡献率作为权数，确立主成分，建立农产品供应链发育程度的评估计算表达式。并利用得到的模型计算方式对相关研究省份进行模型求解，将10个城市所求得的发育程度评估值并进行排名。对得到的评估值和排名，结合实际情况进行分析，得出影响农产品供应链发育的三个最主要因素：距离中心区域的远近、自身的经济条件、农业在所有产业中的占比。力求为农村农产品的供应链建设提出一个更好的、具有创新型意义的思路。

Abstract：With the introduction of the concept of e-government and the Internet plus, the electronic commerce is not only permeated into all walks of life, but also active in all aspects of people's lives. In this context, this paper discusses the background of the development mode and related concepts of agricultural product supply chain, and summarizes the relevant contents. The mode of agricultural product supply chain is introduced in two aspects. Based on the third-party logistics of agricultural products supply chain model as the background, using the principal component analysis method to establish the evaluation model of agricultural products supply chain development. First, set up three indicators: basic level indicators, scientific and technological level indicators, and economic level indicators. Then collect the relevant data of Beijing, Shanghai, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia and other 10 regions, use MATLAB software and SPSS software, use the variance contribution rate as the weight, establish the main components, and establish the evaluation calculation expression of the development degree of agricultural product supply chain. And using the model calculation method to solve the model of the relevant research provinces, the evaluation value of the development degree of 10 cities is calculated and ranked. Based on the analysis of the evaluation value and ranking and the actual situation, three main factors influencing the development of the agricultural product supply chain are obtained: the distance from the central region, the economic conditions of itself, and the proportion of agriculture in all industries. And according to the influencing factors, we put forward corresponding suggestions, and strive to provide a better and innovative thinking for the supply chain construction of rural agricultural products.
