液压在金属3D打印设备平台升降中的应用

摘要:电液比例控制技术是液压技术的重要组成部分,在平衡方面也有广泛的用途,论文针对平台升降的控制提出了一种方案,并对这种方案进行了论证,验证了它的可行性。试验中首先对平台的运动进行了设计,然后对液压的控制方案进行了规划,其中包括了控制方案的选型及原理图。使用可编程逻辑控制器PLC完成数据的转换与传输,最终实现液压输出压力的控制,达到了比较好的实验效果。

Application of Hydraulic Pressure in Lifting Metal 3D Printing Equipment Platform
Abstract:Electro-hydraulic proportional control technology is an important part of hydraulic technology, and has a wide range of USES in balance. This paper proposes a scheme for the control of platform lifting, and demonstrates the feasibility of this scheme. In the test, the movement of the platform was designed first, and then the hydraulic control scheme was planned, including the control scheme selection and schematic diagram. PLC is used to complete the data conversion and transmission, and finally realize the control of hydraulic output pressure, which achieves a better experimental effect.
