极端气候指数与植被NDVI变化的关系研究-以三江平原挠力河流域为例

摘要:全球气候变化引起的极端气候事件频发,流域内不同土地利用类型的植被生长对极端气候的响应是本研究的目的。归一化植被指数(NDVI)能够较好的反映植被的生长状况,本文采用MODIS月数据获取了2000-2017年间旱田、水田、森林和湿地四种不同土地利用类型的植被的NDVI年月均值,月最大值和最小值,并计算了挠力河流域内两个气象站(宝清站和富锦站)60多年的11项极端气候指数来代表极端气候的变化趋势,采用相关性分析和随机森林回归法,分析了挠力河流域不同植被NDVI对极端气候的响应。结果发现:挠力河流域内森林植被的NDVI最高,旱地的最低;四种植被的NDVI与极端温度指数TNn(最低气温)、TXn(最高气温极小值)、TNx(最低气温极大值)和TXx(最高气温)和极端降水指数RX5Day(5日最大降水量)和 RX1Day(日最大降水量)都呈现正相关,仅仅与DTR(日平均温差)呈现负相关;随机森林的模型结果表明旱地、水田和湿地的植物受极端温暖和极端湿润的影响较大,而对于森林来说,其主要受极端寒冷和极端温暖指数的影响。

Study on the Relation between Extreme Climate Index and NDVI Change of Vegetation: A Case Study of Naoli River Basin in Sanjiang Plain
Abstract:The extreme climate events caused by global climate change are frequent, and the response of vegetation growth of different land use types to extreme climate in the basin is the purpose of this study. Normalized Differencevegetation index (NDVI) can better reflect the growth of vegetation. This paper uses MODIS monthly data to obtain the annual and monthly mean, maximum and minimum values of NDVI for four different types of vegetation in croland, paddy field, forest and wetland land use from 2000 to 2017. The 11 extreme climates of two meteorological stations (Baoqing Station and Fujin Station) in the Naoli River Basin for more than 60 years are calculated. Using correlation analysis and random forest regression method, the response of different vegetation NDVI to extreme climate in Naoli River Basin was analyzed. The results showed that the NDVI of forest vegetation in Naoli River Basin was the highest and that of croland was the lowest. The NDVI of four vegetation types was positively correlated with extreme temperature index TNn (Min Tmin), TXn (Min Tmax), TNx (Max Tmin) and TXx (Max Tmax) and extreme precipitation index RX5Day (Max 5-day precipitation amount) and RX1Day (Max 1-day precipitation amount)are positively correlated, the NDVI is only negatively correlated with DTR(Diurnal temperature range); the results of random forest models indicated that cropland, paddy fields and wetlands are greatly affected by extreme warm and extreme humidity indices, while for forests they are mainly affected by extreme cold and extreme warm indices.)
