基于SD模型的农业保险极端气候风险综合指数研究

摘要:近年来,基于我国农业保险保障程度提高,在极端气候事件频发导致农业受损风险增大的前提下,农险极有可能面临巨灾风险。本文基于系统动力学,构建了极端气候条件下农险巨灾风险的SD模型,通过模型计算各种极端气候事件的实际贡献率权重,以此来建立我国农险极端气候风险综合指数,并探讨农险巨灾风险评估方法。本文通过构造出的综合指数丰富了我国气象指数体系,为巨灾证券化和天气指数保险产品的开发提供基础,提供了农险巨灾风险研究的新思路。

System-Dynamics-based Extreme Climate Risk Index Analysis of Agricultural Insurance
Abstract:IIn recent years, the lelvel of agricultural insurance protection in China has increased. Under the premise that the extreme climate events frequently lead to increased risk of agricultural damage, agricultural insurance is very likely to face catastrophe risk. Based on the system dynamics, this paper constructs the SD model of agricultural insurance catastrophe risk under extreme climatic conditions, and calculates the actual contribution rate weight of various extreme climatic events through the model, so as to establish an extreme climate risk index and explore catastrophe risk assessment method of agricultural insurance. This paper enriches China\'s meteorological index system through the construction of a comprehensive index, provides a basis for the development of catastrophe securitization and weather index insurance products, which provides a new idea for the study of agricultural insurance catastrophe risk.n this paper.
