基于节点重要性的Mirai僵尸网络安全风险评估技术研究

摘要:物联网的兴起给生活带来了便利,同时也因为安全防范措施的薄弱,带来了更大的风险。本文针对物联网中的Mirai病毒及其变种,提出了一种网络安全风险的量化计算方法:根据Mirai病毒特征监控各个目的设备,并引入基于隐马尔科夫模型的安全风险评估方法,根据观测到的行为计算不同节点的风险值;在计算网络风险值时,利用节点关联性,使用PageRank算法得到各个节点的节点重要性,对节点风险值进行加权平均。最后,本文结合一个真实的Mirai病毒感染案例,证明了风险评估模型的可用性。

Research on Security Risk Assessment Technology of Mirai Botnet Based on Node Importance
Abstract:The rise of the Internet of Things has brought convenience to life, and at the same time, because of the weak security measures, it has brought greater risks. Aiming at the Mirai bot virus and its variants in the Internet of Things, this paper proposes a quantitative calculation method for network security risk: monitoring each destination device according to Mirai characteristics, and introducing a security risk assessment method based on hidden Markov model, according to the observation The behavior calculates the risk value of different nodes; when calculating the network risk value, using the node relevance, the PageRank algorithm is used to obtain the node importance of each node, and the node risk value is weighted and averaged. Finally, this paper demonstrates the availability of a risk assessment model in conjunction with a real case of Mirai infection.
