茶多酚pH敏感性水凝胶球的制备工艺优选

摘要:采用单因素实验、正交试验考察了海藻酸钠溶液浓度、N-琥珀酰壳聚糖溶液浓度、CaCl2溶液浓度、轻度糊化玉米淀粉的添加量对茶多酚pH敏感性水凝胶球载药率、包封率的影响,并研究其在模拟胃肠液中的体外释放率。当海藻酸钠溶液、N-琥珀酰壳聚糖溶液、CaCl2溶液、轻度糊化玉米淀粉的添加量分别为1 %,2 %,1 %,0.8 g时,该工艺条件下制备的凝胶小球载药率为9.42 %,包埋率为70.98 %,且粒径集中在450 μm左右,有较好的缓释效果。

Optimization of Preparation Procedures of Tea Polyphenols PH Sensitive Hydrogel
Abstract:Through the single factor experiment and orthogonal test, the effects of concentration of alginate, chitosan, CaCl2, polyphenol solutions on the loading efficiency and encapsulation efficiency of tea polyphenol gel pellets were investigated, and the in vitro release rate was studied. When the concentrations of alginate, N-succinyl chitosan, CaCl2, and addition of mild gelatinized corn starch were 1%,2%,1%,0.8g, the loading efficiency of tea polyphenol gel pellets prepared under such process condition was 9.42%, the encapsulation efficiency was 70.98% and the particle size was mainly around 450 µm; the results showed that tea polyphenol gel pellets had a good sustained release effect.
