乘用车侧面碰撞仿真分析与优化

摘要:本文在阐述动力学分析基础理论的基础上,运用HyperMesh建立动力学分析模型,包括模型网格划分、材料建模、部件属性建立、装配连接、接触设定、载荷与速度设置等。调用LS-DYNA有限元求解器与HyperView进行侧面碰撞安全性仿真计算及后处理,对轻量化前后两种方案进行耐撞性分析,确定轻量化方案的可行性。针对后续物理样车的侧面碰撞试验结果进行了对比分析,仿真与试验吻合度高,且满足设计目标,从而验证了仿真分析的可行性,并形成一套可行性技术流程,为后续整车耐撞性分析提供技术支持。

Side Impact Analysis and Optimization of Passenger Car
Abstract:The paper expatiates on the basic theory of FEM dynamic analysis, then the integrated use of finite element method to simulate the crashworthiness of side impact safety of the passenger car. The analysis of the two schemes for light weight to make sure which feasibility is. The results of side impact virtual analysis contrast to test are similar, thereby they validate that crashworthiness analysis of metal-shell are doable. So the paper built the active flow and supply technology to the crashworthiness analysis of the whole vehicle.
