钢铁企业动力系统优化调度模型

摘要:钢铁企业能源结构复杂,涉及的能源种类繁多,并且不同能源介质之间相互影响。钢铁企业的能源调度除了要满足不同生产条件下的能源供需平衡外,还要满足能源消耗成本最小(经济效益最大)、温室气体排放最少、煤气柜和管网安全系数最高等多个目标。针对钢铁企业能源调度的以上特点,本文采用数学规划的方法,建立了多能源介质的多目标优化调度模型。根据J钢铁企业的实际数据,进行了实例分析,计算结果表明,与实际操作相比,优化的能源成本降低了5.4%。副产气体的不同价格,以及不同污染价格标准对于能源介质分配的影响被使用该模型进行了分析。??????

Optimal scheduling model of power system in iron and steel enterprises
Abstract:The energy structure of iron and steel enterprises is complex and involves a wide variety of energy media, and different energy medium influence each other. In addition to meeting the energy supply and demand balance under different production conditions, the iron and steel enterprise\'s energy distribution also needs to meet the multiple goals of the minimizing energy consumption cost (with the greatest economic benefits), minimizing emission of gas pollutant and greenhouse gas, the highest safety coefficient of gasholder and gas pipeline. Aiming at the above characteristics of energy scheduling in iron and steel enterprises, a multi-objective optimal distribution model for multi-energy medium is proposed with mathematical programming. The case analysis was carried out based on the actual data of S steel plant. The computational results demonstrate that the optimal energy cost is reduced by 5.4% compared to that from actual operation. The influence of the price of by-product gas and the pollution cost of different contaminants on the energy medium distribution has been analyzed by using the model.?????
