生物质中低温还原赤泥的效果对比研究

摘要:生物质还原高铁赤泥既可以提铁又能提高剩下尾矿的胶凝活性,而不同生物质因化学成分的差异,还原效果大不相同,因此选取合适的生物质具有重要的作用。本文选取多种生物质,分别在不同温度和不同配比下对赤泥进行还原对比试验研究。研究表明生物质还原高铁赤泥的最佳温度在650℃左右,并且随着生物质质量的增加,还原度呈逐渐升高的趋势。通过工业分析和热重分析,分别得出木质类生物质产生的挥发分多,灰分含量少。木质类生物质热解反应时间长,总失重较高,揭示了木质类生物质还原效果好于秸秆类的生物质的原因。

Effect and comparison study of reduction of red mud in low temperature with biomass
Abstract:The Reduction of the high-iron red mud by biomass can not only extract the iron but also improve the cementitious activity of the remaining tailings. Because of the differences in the chemical composition of different biomass, the reduction effect is quite different. Therefore, the selection of suitable biomass plays an important role. In this paper, a variety of biomass was selected for the reduction of the hign-iron red mud at different temperatures and different proportion. The results show that the best temperature of the reduction at about 650 ℃. In addition, the reduction degree is gradually increasing with the increase of biomass quality. Through industrial analysis and thermogravimetric analysis, it is concluded that the volatilization of the wood biomass is more and the ash content is low. In addition, the reaction time of biomass pyrolysis of the wood is long, and the total weight loss is high, which reveals that the wood biomass reduction is better than that of the straw.
