高管薪酬激励、财务柔性与企业绩效--基于石油化工行业上市公司的经验数据

摘要:本文选取2013年-2017年石油化工行业上市公司的数据,对财务柔性与企业绩效之间的关系进行研究,并深入探讨高管薪酬激励对二者关系的影响。结果表明,财务柔性对企业绩效的影响是有区间效应的,即适当的财务柔性对企业绩效有积极影响,过量储备财务柔性对企业绩效有消极影响。同时,良好的高管薪酬管理能够积极的调节财务柔性与企业绩效的关系,增强财务柔性对企业绩效的正向作用。

Executive Compensation Incentive, Financial Flexibility and Enterprise Performance--Empirical Evidence from Listed Companies in Petrochemical Industry
Abstract:This paper selects the data of the listed companies from 2013-2017 in the petrochemical industry, studying the relationship between financial flexibility and enterprise performance, and probing into the influence of executive compensation incentive on the relationship between financial flexibility and enterprise performance. The results show that financial flexibility has an interval effect on enterprise performance, which can improve the performance of the enterprise. if company reserves financial flexibility excessively, it will have a negative impact on the performance of the company. At the same time, effective executive compensation management can enhance the positive effect of financial flexibility and actively regulate the relationship between financial flexibility and enterprise performance.
