含锶矿泉水对亚急性镉中毒小鼠的解毒作用

摘要:目的:探究含锶矿泉水(祁连冰川矿泉水,简称S水)对亚急性镉中毒小鼠的解毒作用。方法:采用检测小鼠对照组、染镉组(4mg/kg)和饮不同类型水处理41d的行为学变化、体重变化、器官指数、血清学指标(超氧化物歧化酶SOD、丙二醛MDA、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶GSH-Px、血肌酐Cr、谷草转氨酶AST、谷丙转氨酶ALT、乳酸脱氢酶LDH)、尿学指标(尿素氮BUN、N-乙酰-β-D-葡萄糖苷酶NAG)以及相应蛋白的分析定量。结果:相对于对照组,染镉组的AST、ALT、LDH、Cr、MDA、BUN和NAG均上升,而SOD和GSH-Px下降,饮水处理之后具有不同程度的恢复(接近于正常值),饮S水相对恢复较好;染镉之后,Bcl-2蛋白、BNIP-3蛋白和Caspase3蛋白相对表达量均显著性增加,但饮水之后,各实验组均发生不同程度下降,其中饮自来水和S水的小鼠基本恢复到正常。结论:饮S水对小鼠亚急性镉中毒恢复较好。

Detoxification effect of strontium mineral water on subacute cadmium poisoned mice
Abstract:The objectives of present study were to investigate the detoxification effect of mineral water containing germanium (Qilian glacier mineral water, abbreviated as S-water) on mice treated with subacute cadmium. In the study, the characteristics of praxiological change were examined and body weight, organ index, serological markers (superoxide dismutase SOD, malondialdehyde MDA, glutathione peroxidase GSH-Px, serum creatinine Cr, aspartate aminotransferase AST, and Alanine aminotransferase ALT, lactate dehydrogenase LDH), urinary indexes (urea nitrogen BUN, N-acetyl-β-D-glucosidase NAG) and western blotting in control group, cadmium-treated group (4 mg/kg) and the experimental group, which were treated with drink different water for 41 days . The results showed that compared with control group, the AST, ALT, LDH, MDA,BUN ,Cr and NAG of the cadmium-treated group increased, and the SOD and GSH-Px descreased, even the recovery of the experimental group is not the same ,but the group treated with Qilian glacier mineral water was restored better than others. Expression levels of Bcl-2 protein, BNIP-3 protein, and Caspase 3 protein in the cadmium-treated group were significantly increased. But after drinking water, the experimental groups all decreased to varying degrees, ever the mice which drinking tap water and Qilian Glacier mineral water nearly recovered to control group. In conclusion, Qilian Glacier mineral water has good effect on patients with sub-acute cadmium poisoning.
