新型PVA/PLA基FDM复合材料的制备与性能

摘要:采用聚乙二醇(PEG4000)对PVA/PLA复合材料进行改性,通过熔融共混工艺制备用于熔融沉积成型(FDM)3D打印的新型PVA/PLA基复合线材。采用MFR、DSC、力学性能等测试考察了PEG4000含量对复合材料的流动性、结晶性能、力学性能等的影响。结果表明,PEG4000含量为6wt%时,PVA/PLA基复合线材的性能最好,符合3D打印要求。

Preparation and properties of new PVA/PLA based composites for fused deposition modeling
Abstract:New PVA/PLA based compositefilaments for fused deposition modeling (FDM) were prepared by melt blending with polyethylene glycol (PEG4000) as modifier. The effects of the PEG4000 contents on the flow, crystallinity and mechanical properties of the composites were investigated in detail by means of MFR, DSC, mechanical properties tests and so on. The results indicate that when the PEG4000 content was 6wt%, the PVA/PLA composite filaments presented the bestperformance and met the requirements of 3D printing.
