云制造环境下机床装备资源QoS评价方法研究

摘要:分析云制造环境下机床装备资源云服务执行过程中服务需求方重点关注的服务质量评价指标,提出了包含服务时间T、服务成本C、加工能力P、信息反馈能力I、交付准确性A和售后服务能力S的六维机床装备资源QoS评价指标体系,建立一种基于理想点法的多准则决策方法(VIKOR)的机床装备资源QoS评价模型,采用熵值法确定各项指标的权重,并利用VIKOR算法对评价模型进行求解。最后,结合具体的算例,对所研究的评价指标体系、评价模型和求解方法的有效性进行验证。

Research on QoS evaluation method of machine tool equipment resources in cloud manufacturing environment
Abstract:This paper analyzes the service quality evaluation index of service demand in the execution process of machine tool resources cloud service under the cloud manufacturing environment, and puts forward a six dimension evaluation index system including service time T, service cost C, processing capacity P, information feedback ability I, delivery accuracy A and service after service S. A QoS evaluation model of machine tool resources based on VIKOR is set up, the weight of each index is determined by entropy method, and the VIKOR algorithm is used to solve the evaluation model. Finally, a concrete example is used to verify the effectiveness of the evaluation index system, evaluation model and solution method.
