紫苏烯的合成

摘要:紫苏烯是一种广泛存在于动植物挥发油中的呋喃萜烯类化合物,结构中含有呋喃环及异戊烯单元,该化合物具有独特的生物活性,在医药方面有着重要的潜在药用经济价值,然而对紫苏烯药理活性及应用未有深入研究。由于紫苏烯在天然界含量少、沸点低、提取操作困难,其化学合成是有效获取紫苏烯的重要途径。本文综述了紫苏烯的仿生合成、生物合成及微生物合成方法和重要类型的化学合成方法研究,并对各个策略进行了详细的介绍。

The synthesis of Perillene
Abstract:The perillene is a furanomonoterpene natural product widely found in volatile oil component of plants and animals, which contains furan ring and isopentene and exhibits wide range of biological activities. However, there are few researches in the pharmacological activity and application of perillene. The low natural abandance, low boiling point, and tedious extraction operations indicate the chemical synthesis shall be the right way to produce perillene. The advances on the biosynthesis, biomimetic synthesis and chemical synthesis of perillene have been summarized in this review.
