纳米金刚石在润滑油中的分散及其摩擦学特性研究

摘要:为了改善纳米金刚石在润滑油中的分散特性,提高其摩擦学性能,本文探讨了纳米金刚石进行改性处理方法与工艺。通过静置法考察了改性纳米金刚石在润滑油中的分散特性,采用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了其摩擦学性能,利用Zeta电位仪和红外光谱(FTIR)比较了改性前后纳米金刚石粉末的颗粒尺寸与表面官能团,并使用扫描电镜(SEM)及其能谱仪(EDS)对磨斑表面进行了表征。结果表明:改性后纳米金刚石粒度明显减小,表面官能团增加,在润滑油中表现出优异的稳定分散性。改性纳米金刚石粒径较小,更易进入到摩擦副间形成滚珠润滑,提高了润滑油的抗磨减摩性能。

Study on Dispersion and Tribological Properties of Nanodiamond in Lubricating Oil
Abstract:In order to improve the dispersion property of nanodiamond in lubricating oil and optimize its tribological properties, the modification methods and process of nanodiamond were discussed in this paper. The dispersion characteristics of modified nanodiamond in lubricating oil were investigated by static observation method. The tribological properties of were investigated by four-ball friction and wear tester. The particle size and surface functional groups of diamond powders before and after modification were analysed and compared by Zeta and infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The surface of the grinding spot was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The results showed that the particle size of modified nanodiamond decreases, and the surface functional groups increased. The modified nanodiamond showed excellent stability and dispersion in the lubricating oil. The modified nanodiamond has smaller particle size and is easier to enter into the friction pairs to form ball lubrication, which improves the anti-wear and antifriction properties of the lubricating oil.
