基于嵌入式视觉导航的AGV控制系统

摘要:本文以不同光照环境以及不同颜色的路径作为探究的变量,采用ARM处理器作为工作平台,设计了一套基于嵌入式Linux的视觉导引AGV控制系统。首先,在Linux系统下初步实现对ARM处理器的操作,并与单片机控制的电机系统进行通信;然后,在小车道路提取与机器决策流程的思想指导下,应用OpenCV图像处理库设计一种简便的求取道路拟合直线的算法;之后将OpenCV程序移植到ARM处理器上;最后通过对照实验验证了该控制系统的准确性与稳定性,并获取实验中的最优参数,从而为无人化的物料运输系统提供技术支持。

Control System for AGV Based on Embedded Vision Navigation
Abstract:The research was about taking different lighting environment and different color paths as explorations, a kind of visual guidance AGV control system based on embedded Linux is designed by using ARM processor as the working platform. First, the operation of the ARM processor is preliminary implemented under Linux, and the communication with the motor system controlled by SCM is realized. Then, use OpenCV image processing library to design a simple algorithm to obtain a fitting straight-line of the road under the guidance of the idea of road extraction and machine decision-making process. The OpenCV program is then ported to the ARM processor. Finally, the accuracy and stability of the control system are verified by the control experiment, and the optimal parameters in the experiment are obtained, which can provide technical support for the unmanned material transportation system.
