摘要:故障诊断效率与准确度的提高能够提高工厂的生产效率与质量,减少维护成本与计划外的设备停机时间。本文阐述故障诊断技术的基本概念,介绍了故障诊断的特点,重点对数控机床智能诊断技术的的原理、应用和优缺点进行介绍与分析。最后对智能故障诊断技术进行了比较与展望。本文可以为数控机床故障诊断相关领域的研究者提供一些参考和借鉴。

Study review and Prospect of intelligent fault diagnosis technique of the CNC Machine
Abstract:Improvement of fault diagnosis efficiency and accuracy can improve production efficiency and quality, reduce maintenance costs and unplanned equipment downtime. This paper describes the basic concepts of fault diagnosis technology, introduces the characteristics of fault diagnosis, focusing on the CNC machine tool intelligent diagnosis technology principles, applications,advantages and disadvantages. Finally, the intelligent fault diagnosis technology is compared and forecasted. This paper can provide some reference for the researchers in the field of fault diagnosis of CNC machine tools.
