摘要：由于医院建设项目规模大、建设周期长、投入资金多以及社会影响力较大，其项目建设的各个阶段面临的风险较多，因此科学合理的评价这些风险对于促进医院建设项目顺利实施具有深远的现实意义。本文将模糊理论与层次分析法相结合得到模糊层次分析法，将其应用到医院建设项目的风险评价模型中，对其各阶段的风险进行评价，结合具体的工程建设项目，证明该方法在风险评估上的可行性。

Risk Management Evaluation Model of Hospital Construction Based on the FAHP

Abstract：Due to the large scale of hospital construction project, long construction period, investion of much money,as well as social influence,And the risk of each stage of this construction project is much more, so the scientific and reasonable evaluation of these risks has far-reaching practical significance to promote the smooth implementation of the hospital construction.This paper applies fuzzy theory to analytic hierarchy process to get the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and then applies FAHP to the risk evaluation model of the hospital construction project. It evaluates the risk of every stage of the hospital construction project, then combined with the specific engineering construction projects to prove that the method is effective in the risk assessment on the feasibility.
