基于输电线路有功功率损耗的软DTR实现

摘要:通过直接估计输电线路电阻实现软DTR功能,存在难以精准把握的问题,因而提出了将输电线路最高允许温度转化为有功功率损耗的限制,从而确立输电线路短期热定值的方法。以输电线路热平衡方程中环境参量作为状态变量,根据输电线路有功功率损耗与电阻、温度的的耦合关系,推导出输电线路有功功率损耗变化的微分方程,以此建立系统的量测方程;同时,考虑热平衡方程式参数变化的迟缓性,建立状态变量空间表达式;继而,依据输电线路有功功率损耗变化率,采用卡尔曼滤波的方法,实现对状态变量的估计。由此,完成了输电线路软DTR的功能,为输电线路短期最大电流运行方式是否可行提供了解决依据。以山东某220kv输电线路的实测数据为例,验证了本文方法的可行性与有效性。

Transmission Line Soft DTR Realization Based on the Active Power Loss
Abstract:Soft DTR is realized by estimating transmission line resistance directly , which brings precise problem. Thus, the transmission line short time thermal dynamical rating is set up by transforming temperature condition into line's active power loss limitation. Time-varying circumstance parameters in thermal balance equation are used as the state variables, and observation equation is from the differential equation of active power loss, which is deduced by relation between active power loss and resistance as well temperature; Meanwhile, state equation is set up according to time-delay parameters; Then, according to the active power loss rate of transmission line, state estimation is accomplished by Kalman filter. So far, the function of DTR is obtained, which supplies a solution to the maximum available current. The measured data of 220kV transmission line in Shandong Province is tested, and the result shows that the method proposed is feasible and valid.
