摘要：绿色建筑评价作为绿色建筑发展体系的重要组成部分，始于上世纪90年代。各国相继推出了基于国情的绿色建筑评价体系，但是现有的评价体系多集中于建筑性能的客观评估，而忽略了使用者的主观评价。绿色公租房住户使用后评价旨在基于住户的主观感受，对公租房住区进行主观的评价。以住户的感受、绿色建筑的评价标准、居住区评价的一般性指标三者结合构建评价指标体系。并利用指标体系内容设计问卷，对长沙市高新区麓城印象公租房小区进行实例研究，通过SPSS、模糊综合评价等方法量化评价结果。结果显示除了对小区便利性评价较好外，其余各项指标和整体评价仅为一般。在此基础上，分析原因，并提出优化建议。

Abstract：As an important integral part of the green building development system, green building evaluation began in 90s. Countries have launched a green building evaluation system based on the national conditions, but the existing evaluation system focused on the objective evaluation of building performance, while ignoring the user's subjective evaluation. The post occupancy evaluation of green public housing is based on the subjective feelings of the residents, to evaluate the public housing. The evaluation index system is constructed based on the combination of the three aspects: the household's feeling, the evaluation standard of green building and the general index of residential area evaluation. According to the content of the index system, a case study is made on the Lucheng impression residential in the district of Changsha City Hi-tech Zone, and the results are evaluated by means of SPSS and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The results show that except for the evaluation of the district convenience, the other indexes and the overall evaluation are only general. On this basis, the paper analyzes the reasons and puts forward some suggestions.
