鸡BMP2基因多态性与生长和体组成性状的相关研究

摘要:本研究将鸡骨形态鸡BMP2基因多态性与生长和体组成性状的相关研究发生蛋白2(BMP2)基因作为影响鸡体重和体组成性状的候选基因,以东北农业大学肉鸡高、低脂双向选择品系第十四世代和AA肉鸡随机群体为研究对象,采用测序、PCR-RFLP等方法检测了BMP2 基因第二内含子区的多态性位点,并分析了BMP2基因多态性对鸡生长和体组成性状的影响。结果在鸡BMP2基因第二内含子发现了一个C/T单碱基突变,此多态性位点对对鸡1周龄体重、心脏重、心脏比率等性状有显著或极显著的影响(P<0.05,P<0.01),推测BMP2 基因可能对鸡的生长和器官发育有影响。

Correlation Analysis of BMP2 Gene Polymorphism with Growth and Body Composition Traits in Chichens
Abstract:IThe study was designed to investigate the effect of polymorphism of BMP2 gene on growth and body composition traits in the 14th generation of broiler populations,derived from Northeast Agricultural University broiler lines divergently selected for abdominal fat content, and the AA broiler random population.. Polymorphism of MC3R BMP2 was screened through PCR-RFLP and DNA sequencing methods. A C/T mutation of BMP2 gene was found. Association analysis indicated that the SNP was significantly associated with body weight of 1week of age, heart weight and percentage of heart weight at 7 weeks of age (P<0.05,P<0.01). We speculate that the BMP2 could have effect on chicken growth and organ development.
