全生命周期视角下建筑材料绿色度评价及实现研究

摘要:随着社会经济的发展,建筑活动已经成为社会活动的重要组成部分。建筑材料作为建筑的基础物质,在生产、施工、维护以及报废拆除等过程中消耗了大量能源资源,废渣、废气、固体废物的排放对环境产生了严重危害。"绿色建筑"、"绿色建材"的思想从1992年可持续发展理念提出后蔓延开来。文章在绿色建材概念和评价标准不统一的背景下,基于建筑材料在建筑全生命周期过程中的不同特征,对绿色建材进行概述。提出采用"绿色度"表示建筑材料的绿色性,用统一的"绿色度"对建筑材料环境协调性进行评价。并且将其与物联网与BIM技术相结合进行该评价体系的可行性分析。

Research On Green Degree Evaluation And Realization Of Building Materials In The Whole Life Cycle
Abstract:With the development of social economy, the construction activities have become an important part of social activities. Building materials as the basic building material, consumes a lot of energy resources in the production, construction, maintenance and scrap removal process. Wasting residue, gas and solid waste emissions caused serious harm to the environment . The idea of "green building" and "green building materials" spread from the idea of sustainable development in 1992. In the context of the concept of green building materials and evaluation standards are not unified, based on the different characteristics of building materials in the whole life cycle of building materials, this paper summarizes the green building materials. And puts forward the concept of "green degree", which is used to represent the green property of building materials. The feasibility of the evaluation system is analyzed by combining it with the Internet of things and BIM technology.
