下颌第二前磨牙近中移动的三维有限元应力分析

摘要:背景:目前对正畸矫治过程中所涉及的前磨牙,其三维有限元应力分析的相关报道较少,本实验的分析结果,补充了该牙齿在正畸有限元中的空白,可以在一定程度上指导临床实践。目的:对下颌第二前磨牙施加相同力值不同角度的矫治力时,牙齿位移及受力情况规律进行研究,指导临床对需要近中移动的下颌第二前磨牙进行合理施力。方法:使用MIMICS16.0及Catia V5系统将下颌骨三维CT影像转化,并制作下颌第二前磨牙及其周围组织的三维有限元模型。再利用ANSYS12.1软件分析:在临床冠颊面中心施加不同角度(力值不变)的力,下颌第二前磨牙被近中牵拉时的位移及应力变化的情况。结果与结论:在同一力偶下(200g),下颌第二前磨牙近中移动时,随着牵引角度(牙体长轴与颌平面的交角)的增大,牙根部的远中倾斜程度随之减小。同样根尖部的应力情况也存在一定的规律:在成角为30 时(每15 为一个实验区间)可视为一个相对理想值,即在牵拉下颌第二前磨牙近中移动时,位移量与根尖吸收量达到一个较理想的平衡。在临床治疗中,对下颌第二前磨牙近中牵引施加合理角度(30 )的力,使牙合理近中移动的同时减少根部的吸收情况。

A Finite Element Analysis of the forced moving secondmandibular premolar
Abstract:BACKROUND:Currently involved in the process of orthodontic treatment of premolars, the three-dimensional finite element stress analysis of the relevant reports, the analysis results of this experiment, add the teeth in the orthodontic finite element in the blank, which can guide the clinical practice to a certain extent. OBJECTIVE:When we force same amplitude but different included angle on the second mandibular premolar .We research the regular between displacement and vector force. Under certain research, result can direct our real cure action. METHODS:Softwares of MIMICS 16.0 and CATIA V5 have been used to build three-dimensional model which is as same as the real tooth, then we used ANSYS12.1 to build the the vector force and boundary environment and simulate displacement and stress of the molar. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Under the same couple force(200g), the second mandibular premolar was moving near the middle.As angle(angle between the long axis of the tooth and jaw plane) increasing as far in the root portion of the inclination decreasing. At the same time, there is another rule about the stress: in an angle of 30 (every 15 as an experimental section) can be regarded as a relatively ideal value, while pulling second mandibular premolar, displacement and absorbing value of root achieve a ideal balance value.In the clinical treatment, second mandibular premolar have been forced a reasonable angle (30 degree),making the molar moving forward middle meanwhile decreasing root absorbing value.
